Located in the Dota region this 25 Bag Microlot is processed in the Montaña Del Diamante mill, Sundried on their patio’s and run through a density sorter, colour sorter and then hand sorted to make sure only the finest beans get through. The Montaña Del Diamante mill is run by the Guiterrez family to mill their 4 farms, it is one of the larger mills we saw in Costa Rica, milling over 1000 bags a year which gives them the ability to have all of the sorting equipment that some of the smaller mill don’t have, this greatly improves the quality of this already impressive coffee. The result is an incredibly smooth and clean coffee. Don’t be fooled by this size of this opperation though, this operation is extremely clean and very well organized.
